Customer Accounts Representative (Light Collections)
Schedule:
+ Mon–Fri: 8 AM–5 PM
+ Two late nights (11 AM–8 PM, never Fridays)
+ Every other Saturday (8 AM–12 PM)
+ One week a month: 7 AM–4 PM + Sat 7 AM–12 PM
Role Highlights:
+ Light collections (1–29 days past due)
+ Assist customers with payments, card updates, auto‑pay, login issues, etc.
+ Heavy collections handled by another team

+ Mon–Thurs: 8 AM–5 PM Friday - 9-6pm
+ One Saturday/month: 8 AM–12 PM
