Customer ServiceRep - $22/hr

A nonprofit organization located in Framingham, MA is lookingfor a customer service representative. They will be responsible for collectingpertinent information from the callers and enter it on the system. They will beidentifying and evaluating caller’s needs and provide appropriate and accuratereferrals to local agencies/programs.

Requirements:

  • CustomerService Experience
  • Fluencyin Spanish is required
  • Knowledgein Microsoft Office
  • Accessto daily vehicle
