Live Chat & Client Service Consultant | Financial Services
Are you an upbeat, tech-savvy communicator looking to kickstart a career with a global financial leader? We are seeking Client Service Consultants for a Level 1 role based in Melbourne.
This isn't your average call centre role. While you will handle some calls, you will be a Live Chat Specialist, managing up to three customer conversations simultaneously. We are looking for people from diverse backgrounds—whether you come from retail, front-of-house, reception, or hospitality—if you have exceptional communication skills and a passion for people, we want to hear from you.
