for a shared services center to start as soon as possible.

  • Identify customer needs and assist in using specific product features
  • Update internal databases with details about consumer requests
  • Share feature requests and effective solutions with relevant stakeholders
  • Inform consumers about new features, functionalities, and campaigns
  • Follow up with consumers to ensure issue resolution
  • Collect feedback and contribute to knowledge bases and FAQ documentation
  • Handle sensitive and complex customer contacts in line with established guidelines
