Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle customer service inquiries via email and phone calls during Pacific time zone business hours
List new products across 40+ different e-commerce websites and marketplaces
Create new product listings including titles, descriptions, and image uploads
Manage product information across multiple platforms including eBay, Amazon, and Walmart
Learn and adapt to new e-commerce technologies and listing platforms as needed
Participate in daily huddles and weekly team meetings via video conference
Respond to customer inquiries promptly to maintain high service standards
Requirements:
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday)
Smart, adaptable learner who can be trained on various systems
Professional demeanor for customer-facing interactions
