Customer Service Outbound

Location: Bangsar

Mon–Fri: 9am–6pm | Sat: 9am–2pm (Off if target achieved)

Basic: RM1,700–RM1,900 + Commission
Mandarin speakers: Extra RM300 allowance
Training provided | 1-year contract

Job Scope (Simple):

• Call customers to promote TM products
• Answer enquiries and assist with sign-ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Provide good customer service over the phone

Requirements:

• Min SPM (Passed BM & English)
• Age 19+
• Confident speaker with strong selling skills
• Mandarin speakers encouraged to apply
