Leading Furniture Manufacturer is looking for a full-time Customer Service & Order Entry Administrator.
FULL TIME JOB. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK 40 HOURS A WEEK.
NO CASH JOBS. SIN REQUIRED.
Location: North York (Keele and Steeles)
Shifts available: Morning shift: Mon-Fri _ 9am-5pm
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure all information on orders is as accurate as possible. Cross check orders before updating the system.Ensure log is updated with proper information from the customers.Communicate with Canadian and US dealers regarding questions on orders.Confirm additions and or deletions are possible, through change order portal.Investigate and process all deficiencies (no charge, 50/50 and PSR’s) in a timely manner.
