Customer Service OperatorJoin a dedicated Government team delivering high-quality front-line services to the people of New South Wales. As a Customer Service Operator, you will be a key point of contact for members of the public, businesses, and government agencies helping them access essential government services quickly and with confidence.
Based within Newcastle Service Centre, you will handle a wide range of enquiries across multiple channels including phone, counter, and digital, ensuring every interaction is resolved efficiently and with care.
Full training is provided.
