One of Ireland’s largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a Branch Advisor to work within a busy branch located in Mullingar.

Your new role

  • Greeting and engaging with customers on the banking hall floor – enquiring as to their needs
  • Guiding customers to the appropriate self-service options – mobile app, internet banking and kiosks. Directing to Teller/Customer Service if required
  • Handling basic queries and complaints – directing to senior staff as required
  • Engaging with customers using iPads, updating customer information and sales needs
  • Identifying sales opportunities, handing over to suitable staff as required
