Customer Service Officer

We are partnering with a leading Australian retail bank to recruit Customer Service Officers for a mobile branch role based out of Ardrossan, supporting additional regional branch locations.

This is a casual opportunity offering with four weeks of full‑time paid training, ongoing development and strong long‑term career progression opportunities within banking.

The important parts:

• Pay: $30–$38 per hour + Super | ⏳ Duration: 12-month contract (potential for extension and/or permenancy)

• Location: Ardrossan and other regional branch locations

• Hours: Casual role with variable shifts based on branch demand. Rosters issued four weeks in advance, with occasional last‑minute shifts available
