Role Details:
As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be a key point of contact for our customers, managing enquiries via phone, email and online channels. You’ll be supported with full training on Visy’s systems and processes, so prior industry experience isn’t required — what matters most is your customer-first mindset.
You’ll work across a variety of enquiries and responsibilities, including:
- Responding to customer enquiries in a professional, values-led manner
- Processing quotes, orders and invoices accurately and on time
- Providing delivery updates and proactively managing delays
