Job Description
Scope
To execute daily operations in accordance to the processes and procedures established
To report any service related issues, escalations or failures to the supervisor
To liaise and follow up with customers on the delivery status
To perform proper follow up procedures on all expedited shipments
To perform all reporting in a timely and appropriate manner
To work collaboratively with the warehouse and transport team to ensure seamless information flow and accuracy in the shipments
To update shipment status into the system Requirements Minimum GCE ‘O’/ ‘N’ Level, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service/ Admin in the Logistics industry or a related industry
Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office
Good interpersonal, co-ordination and organisational skills
Possess a positive work attitude and problem solving skills
