Customer Service Officer – Sandgate

Be the face of Australia and New Zealand's largest collision repair network and deliver an exceptional experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

Your role will include:

  • Greeting and checking in customers as they arrive for their assessment
  • Providing clear and up-to-date information about vehicle repairs
  • Maintaining a welcoming and professional customer environment
  • Managing the vehicle return process and addressing any customer concerns
