Job Description:
- Handle customers' sales enquiries, and customers' complaints
- Perform sales reservations, prepare customers’ sales quotation entry and Proforma Invoice
- Follow up on all sales related issues: quotations, sales orders, shipments and payments
- Process orders through system (JDE) and liaise with internal departments to expedite sales orders
- Perform sales support and other administrative duties as assigned by management
- Cold call and build relations with potential overseas customers
- Communicate with overseas customers and promote company's products
- At least GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales / Sales Support
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Customer service oriented and a great sense of urgency
- Must be willing to work in Jalan Besar (Nearest MRT: Lavender)
