- Assist passengers with check-in procedures
- Greet and guide arriving passengers
- Ensure smooth departure processes
- Lead and coordinate customer service operations
- Deliver excellent customer service experience
- 1–2 years of customer service, hotel, or lounge experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, cheerful, and service-oriented attitude
- Willing to go the extra mile for customers
- 6‑day work week
- Rotating shifts (Including overnight Shifts)
- Based at Changi
