Are you someone who thrives on helping others feel seen, heard and supported, especially in their time of need? Join a passionate, multi-agency team that’s the first point of contact for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness who contact the Adelaide North West Homelessness Alliance.

We’re looking for a calm, capable and compassionate Customer Service Officer (CSO) to be the welcoming voice on the other end of the phone. Your role will be central to helping people navigate their way to the right support, while keeping the flow of information to assist  service delivery running smoothly behind the scenes.

We are offering a part-time fixed-term role, concluding on 30 June 2026.
