This organisation delivers essential operational support across critical environments including airports, healthcare, government, and infrastructure, ensuring safety, reliability, and seamless service delivery around the clock.
About the role As a Customer Service Officer within the Facilities Helpdesk team, you will be the first point of contact for incoming service requests. You will be responsible for triaging, logging, and coordinating work orders across multiple stakeholders including technicians, subcontractors, and facilities managers.
Working in a 24/7 operational environment, you will ensure requests are accurately recorded, prioritised, and resolved in line with service level agreements.
