Are you a people person with a passion for retail environments? We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to be the friendly face and behind-the-scenes support that keeps our centre running smoothly and looking its best. Based at Erina Fair, this casual role will see you working a variety of shifts, including weekends and late nights on Thursday.

The Opportunity:

• Be the first point of contact at our Information Desk, assisting customers and tenants with enquiries, phone calls, and mail distribution. 
• You must be available to work on the weekends. The centre also has late night on Thursdays that you must be flexible for.
