Position: Customer Service
Salary: RM 1,900 – RM 2,800
Work Schedule: 6-day rotational shift (includes weekends and public holidays)

Job Scope:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Job Criteria / Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: SPM / Diploma (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Customer-focused with a polite and professional attitude.
  • Able to work in rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
