Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound voice operations
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email. Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting service KPIs
Working Schedule
- 5 working days & 2 days off per week
- Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM – 2:00 AM
Salary Package
RM4,300 basic Up to RM300 KPI incentive
Requirements
- At least 6 months BPO Customer Service experience
- Fluent in spoken, reading & typing Mandarin and English
