Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound voice operations
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email. Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting service KPIs

Working Schedule

  • 5 working days & 2 days off per week
  • Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM – 2:00 AM

Salary Package

RM4,300 basic Up to RM300 KPI incentive

Requirements

  • At least 6 months BPO Customer Service experience
  • Fluent in spoken, reading & typing Mandarin and English
