We are hiring Customer Service Executives to support an Airlines project. The role involves handling customer inquiries and providing quality service through voice and/or non-voice channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to airline services
  • Communicate effectively in Mandarin (spoken only) and English
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Meet service quality and KPI requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Mandarin: spoken proficiency only
