Customer Service Manager

Handling all customers enquiries via phone call and online chat. Concurrently, actively involve and assist Global Solution team in all the marketing project.  

Responsibilities：

• Handle all enquiries via phone call and online chat；
• Participate in business development and marketing project；
• Knowledge of Internet and social media marketing advantageous；
• Maintain and expend the activities of social media marketing channel；
• Required to work shift and work oeverseas  when necessary。

Qualifications：

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience；
• 2-3 year Client Services and Internet Marketing Experience；
• Fluent Chinese and English, in both writing and speaker。
