A Customer Support Manager ensures that the customers of a company are satisfied. The role is to provide superb customer service by leading and motivating the customer support team, developing procedures and talk scripts, and creating customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities
- Understand existing policies, rules, and regulations pertaining to the project.
- Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner; communicate with customers through various channels (Phone, E-mail, Viber, etc.).
