Job Description

Work as bridge between Sales and Operations to drive customer experience excellence and IPS China Growth Strategy by leading order-to-delivery execution, promoting customer experience (Quality, Service, OTD, Etc.), supporting sales target achievement, and visualizing operational deviations with structured improvement plans—ensuring IPS China delivers Sales commitments.

•Actively communicate with customer operation team, capability to collect VOC, and transfer the VOC to internal action plan, PDCA mindset to close the Loop for customer experience excellence
• With sense of urgency to visualize and follow up the deviations (OTD gap, or Sales Gap), drive sales operations or factory operations for PSP/CI tools to close the deviation.
• Use BI Tools for backlog aging analysis, and any deviation VS original customer want date
