My client, a well‑established provider of luxury serviced office space, is looking for a Customer Services Manager to join their team in their London City centre. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will oversee day‑to‑day Centre operations, lead a small team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times.
Role and Responsibilities:
Lead the Centre team to deliver consistently high customer service standards
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met
Oversee day‑to‑day building operations, ensuring the Centre is always well‑presented, safe and running smoothly
Manage customer renewals and support retention across the Centre
