Position Summary

for Gaming Project. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and technical issues via email, chat, and phone — all in Korean.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support (chat support experience preferred).
  • Passion for digital gaming and VR technology (PlayStation, Nintendo, Xbox).
  • Korean: Business Level + English: Business Level (B1).
  • Typing speed: 40 WPM or above.
