Pace VIC are excited to partner with a highly reputable, long-standing client based in Melbourne's West, who are now on the search to add an experienced Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to join their dynamic, tight-knit team. This role requires an agile problem solver who is well experienced in both domestic and international logistics, and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate international and local logistics to ensure smooth operations, being the interface for all external parties.
  • Managing the relationships with suppliers, transport companies, warehouses, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
