Customer Service & Logistic Operations Executive

Job Responsiblities:

Oversee daily order-to-invoice operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders across all branches.
Monitor and track operational performance (orders, deliveries, returns, complaints) and highlight gaps proactively.
Act as the first escalation point for operational issues, ensuring fast resolution and clear root cause identification.
Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures across customer service and logistics processes.
Identify inefficiencies in order processing, coordination, and communication flows, and implement practical improvements.
Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy of reports and dashboards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommended actions.
Work closely with warehouse, TM, and sales teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
