CUSTOMER SERVICE LEADER

Our client, based in Welshpool, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Leader to join their Operations team. This is a hands-on role with variety - ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a good work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

  • Work closely with the customer service and sales team providing support on pricing, stock availability and reporting.
  • Provide back up for the customer service team during peak periods of inbound calls.
  • Manage price increases including customer approval and system update.
  • Provide monthly reports on customer/ product sales and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide reports to the CEO and leadership team on key metrics.
  • Manage escalated customer relations and warranties.
  • Monitor products margins and investigate where required.
