Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Leader located in Ciudad Obregón, SON. The Customer Service Leader will oversee and coordinate daily customer service operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include supervising customer service representatives, addressing escalated customer inquiries or concerns, monitoring and improving service processes, and providing training and mentorship to the team.
