Customer Service Lead

Purpose of Role:

Sales representative supporting internal and external customer and CSE team management. 

Key Activities:

•Leading CSE team and coordinate related issues to support businesses growth.

•Acting a key role to communicate with internal and external stakeholder.

•Prepare sales and service quotations for related products and services.

•Enter sales and service orders into SAP business systems.

•Monitor sales and service orders and expedite parts.

•Prepare weekly sales report & run BW reports.

•Assist in making GPN / BOM creation requests, raise GCN, I-project.

•Prepare shipping documentation and liaise with internal departments related to shipping;

•Maintain excellent service and build good rapport with customers (both internal and external

•stakeholders)

•Provide support to the product marketing & training functions.
