What you’ll do:

The Customer Service Lead will assist the Grocery Manager to ensure exceptional customer service on the front-end is maintained and assist customers with related needs. Other responsibilities include addressing customer concerns and coordinating with all department managers in finding a solution. They will be responsible for opening and closing duties and prioritizing loss prevention standards. The Customer Service Lead will be responsible for helping train new employees and ensure all Team Members are meeting performance standards.
