Borderland Co-op is hiring a Customer Service Lead at our Moosomin Food Store.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Grocery Manager to ensure exceptional front‑end customer service is maintained.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with all department managers to find solutions.
• Handle opening and closing duties and prioritize loss prevention standards.
• Help train new employees and ensure all Team Members meet performance standards.

• Experience in customer service and a desire to supervise and delegate staff.
