Duties & Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Head of Department and support daily operations, including managing bookings, trucking arrangements and follow-ups, customs clearance, and tasks in accordance with shipment terms.
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services to customers by handling bookings, responding to calls and emails, and providing timely updates.
  • Address and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally across the full range of services.
  • Manage customer orders from initiation through coordination and arrangement, up to billing issuance.
  • Provide operational support after working hours, including weekday evenings and weekends, to follow up on container/cargo deliveries and send pre-alert documentation.
