DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Report directly to H.O.D and assist daily operation required.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high quality services to customers through taking of booking and handling call from customers or through emails.
  • Need to resolve the issues on problems or complaints from customers relating to range of services as quickly as possible in a professional and prompt manner.
  • Handling from customer's order, arranging & coordination until issuance of billing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
  • Proficiency in English both communication and written
  • Must have working experiences at least 2-3 years in Freight Forwarders industry.

WORKING HOUR: 5 WORKING DAY (9AM-6PM : MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
