Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Support sales and customer service teams.
  2. Provide general office clerical support, filing, and documentation as required.
  3. Assist with sales and customer service related projects and tasks as assigned.
  4. Answer phones/email and interact with internal and external customers with excellent customer service.
  5. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
  6. Understand. Create. Simplify.
  7. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing Bachelors or Associates in Business or related degree
  • Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Background check results satisfactory to SEL
