Become a key player at RTX as a Customer Service Global Trade Specialist in Longueuil, Québec. This full-time role focuses on adhering to international trade laws while optimizing customer service processes.
The position requires leading compliance projects and improving trade processes across teams in Canada and the U.S. You’ll be training personnel on trade regulations, reinforcing general trade awareness, and ensuring mistake-proof operations. This role serves as the central contact for all trade-related matters and promotes cross-department collaboration.
