Customer Service Executive
to join us Job Responsibilities: Provide prompt frontline services and perform administrative tasks and reception duties. Attending to walk-in, phone and email enquiries Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential documents Identify and assess our salespersons' need to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with our salespersons through open and interactive communication Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up to ensure resolution Take the extra mile to engage our salespersons Requirements: Minimum Diploma in any disciplines At least 2 years of relevant working experience in customer front desk fronting.
