Process: Voice Process – Loan Support

Location: Thane, Maharashtra


Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA + Incentives


✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 Months Experience in Voice Process (On Paper) Preferred

• Good communication skills required

• Ready to work in Call Center environment


Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

• Assist customers with loan-related queries

• Provide accurate information and resolve issues

• Maintain customer satisfaction & service quality
