Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the supply chain process of procurement , inventory control, logistics shipping and distribution Manage planning and forecasting activities Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the procurement of necessary materials/stock with suppliers and the sales team Responsible for processing and management of purchase Orders to manufacturers / suppliers, follow-up on shipments schedules and inventories control. Being the point of contact for customers in all purchase orders and deliveries/shipments concerns Responsible for processing and management of customers orders with timely deliveries and shipments arrangement to be made in the most optimum manner Perform logistics arrangements for deliveries (import/export/local) and work with transporters/forwarders/ warehouses to resolve any issues related to the shipment/delivery Review and prepare all shipping documents Perform Good Receive, Delivery Order, Packing List, Commercial Invoic...
