Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This is an office-based role supporting customers across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
  • Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers with orders, deliveries, refunds, and after-sales issues
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and follow up until closure
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in e-commerce customer service (TikTok / Shopee / Lazada preferred)
  • Able to work full-time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) or part-time night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
  • Able to communicate in Malay and English (Mandarin is an advantage)
