Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This is an office-based role supporting customers across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
- Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, refunds, and after-sales issues
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and follow up until closure
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Job Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce customer service (TikTok / Shopee / Lazada preferred)
- Able to work full-time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) or part-time night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
- Able to communicate in Malay and English (Mandarin is an advantage)
