Customer Service Executive (Sea freight)

Work Schedule: 5 days, 8:45am-6pm, 1 half Sat (9:30am-12pm) once in every 3 months

Salary: $2800- $3200, open to negotiate depends on experience

Location: Jalan Pemimpin, Singapore (Marymount)

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the sales department
  • Coordinate between customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams
  • Prepare documentation for import, export, transshipment, and delivery order (D/O) release
  • Verify all related costs and charges
  • Handle customer enquiries on freight rates, shipment tracking, and related matters
  • Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment processes
Requirements
  • Min 1-2 years of working experience in freight forwarding is required for this position.
