JOB VACANCY: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (CALL CENTER)
Location: Iskandar Puteri
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500
Working Hours: Rotation shifts, 6 days a week
Benefits: Night shift allowance + incentives + OT
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Update customer records and maintain accurate databases
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM (credit in Sejarah Subject)
- Diploma/Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in English & BM
- Customer-oriented, patient, and proactive
- Able to work rotation shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required
