Customer Service Executive

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our IRE WW Customer Service team in Newry reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader. This is a customer-focused role responsible for managing the complete customer order journey, from order processing through to delivery, while providing an excellent level of service at all times.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and complaints, processing sales orders and credits, and liaising with internal departments including Sales, After Sales, Production, Transport and Scheduling to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and professionally.
