Description
- Manage and respond to a minimum of 30 repair-related enquiries daily across multiple channels, including Info Malaysia, E-Commerce, Service Centres, and retail stores. Volume may increase during peak periods.
- Perform daily monitoring and coordination of spare parts requirements from six service centres, covering four different SAS partners.
- Handle weekly spare parts ordering through three platforms — Sassy System, The Sam System, and manual orders via Excel. Manage additional ad-hoc orders on a daily basis for urgent repair cases.
- Arrange transportation using on-demand delivery platforms (e.g., Lalamove) for transfers between stores and service centres, as well as between service centres and stores.
- Conduct monthly stock takes of consignment inventory (trade-in items) at three designated service centres.
