Description
  • Manage and respond to a minimum of 30 repair-related enquiries daily across multiple channels, including Info Malaysia, E-Commerce, Service Centres, and retail stores. Volume may increase during peak periods.
  • Perform daily monitoring and coordination of spare parts requirements from six service centres, covering four different SAS partners.
  • Handle weekly spare parts ordering through three platforms — Sassy System, The Sam System, and manual orders via Excel. Manage additional ad-hoc orders on a daily basis for urgent repair cases.
  • Arrange transportation using on-demand delivery platforms (e.g., Lalamove) for transfers between stores and service centres, as well as between service centres and stores.
  • Conduct monthly stock takes of consignment inventory (trade-in items) at three designated service centres.
  • Receive, inspect, and sort incoming spare parts prior to distribution to the respective service centres.
