This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in Karachi, Pakistan. The Customer Service Executive will handle daily customer inquiries, address customer needs, and ensure exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Support skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in logistics, shipping, or freight services is preferred.
  • Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
