Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with members.
  • Assist members with their queries, requests, and service requirements.
  • Provide accurate information about Karma Group products and services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve member concerns promptly.
  • Maintain professional communication and deliver a high standard of customer service.
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Requirements
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
  • Customer service or international/domestic voice process experience is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in rotational shifts.
