Location: Singapore | Salary: Up to $3,600 (Depending on experience)

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling import and export shipment enquiries.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, customs brokers, warehouses, and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BL), Air Waybills (AWB), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, permits, and customs‑related documents.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide customers with timely updates on shipment status, delivery schedules, and any operational changes.
• Handle customer enquiries, shipment issues, and service recovery in a professional and timely manner.
