Customer Service Executive (FMCG)

What You'll Be Doing?

Leads the Customer Service and Production Planning & Scheduling functions end-to-end, ensuring customer orders are captured, planned, produced and delivered On Time In Full (OTIF) at target service levels, while optimising inventory, capacity and cost across the supply chain.

Planning & Scheduling

• Lead the preparation, execution and monitoring of daily / weekly / monthly production plans and detailed schedules in SAP (PP), based on demand forecasts, open orders and agreed frozen-zone rules.
• Plan and establish manufacturing sequences according to product characteristics, changeover optimisation, line capacity and material availability; authorise and release production/process orders with full material availability confirmed.
• Run the S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) cycle and actively contribute to the monthly S&OP process: analyse demand plans versus supply capability, highlight gaps and drive consensus...
