Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers.
  • Develop good rapport with customers and build brand loyalty.
  • Music courses recommendation, enrolment and payment collection.
  • Responsible in daily running of the School with management of general administrative duties.
  • Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
  • Statistical compilations – payment backlog, sales and revenue, student intake/drop out, etc.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma.
  • Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel.
  • Self-driven and resourceful.
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work at “retail hours” and both weekends.
  • Those with relevant experience will be considered for Senior / Manager position.
